Very good

The hotel was lovely, in a great location. The food in the restaurant was absolutely spectacular; one of the best meals I've had in years. Some of the decor in the hotel is a bit dated, there didn't appear to be spare pillows, and we had a separate loo with no sink, so you had to go around to the main bathroom to wash your hands. Apart from these two issues, would have given five stars.
Very welcoming staff, comfortable and clean if quite small room and first class food. My only suggestion would be for them to keep some half bottles of wine/Champagne for solo travellers. Garaging is available for cars full to the brim like mine was.
Great restaurant. Rooms are very hot (no air-con) and the road outside is sadly blighted with noise from passing lorries and cars which start very early in the morning.

A perfectly comfortable and friendly and safe overnight Logis hotel on the way to the Alps. Did the job exactly as required.
Very nice hotel with its own restaurant. Rooms are comfortable. Plenty of parking, we had a large van it parked out front with no probs.
The little town is a bit out of the way but close enough to major motorways to make it a viable alternative to the usual motorway motels.
The food in the restaurant was amazing!
Lovely hotel in quiet, pretty little village. Family rooms are spacious and with sofa bed could sleep 5-6. Lovely restaurant, not cheap (although substantial kids menu only 11 Euros) but good quality and packed on the Sat night we were there - probably half full of hotel residents and half locals. Very friendly staff. Nice breakfast which was slightly discounted for Children.
We have stayed in this hotel many times and always found the food to be excellent. The rooms are well furnished and comfortable. Everyone is friendly and helpful. On our recent visit, M. Bourgeois, the owner, went out of his way to help us find a nurse to dress my son's broken arm following surgery. We will definitely stay there again.
I stopped off to break my journey, arriving just in time for an excellent dinner of local specialities in the nicely appointed restaurant. I spent a good quiet night and enjoyed a substantial breakfast before continuing my journey. Well worth the 10 minutes it takes from junction 5 of the motorway. I got a friendly welcome, good quality DB&B for about €115 and will definitely be calling again.
We were really happy to find such a nice place to stay as a stopover from the South of France. Beze is a quaint little village with a fantastic boulangerie (opens at 6am) only 2 minutes walk from the hotel.
We had a room for 4 with a bathroom. The room was clean and comfortable. In the evening we walked across to the bar in the centre square and enjoyed a drink before going back to the Restaurant at Hotel Le Bourguignon. The meal there was probably the best we had in all the 2 weeks we stayed in France. The staff were so friendly and seemed to be running the hotel like clockwork.

Good Stay
The hotel was ears to locate in the small town of Dijon. The restaurant was great - tasty food with good service. It was a spacious room with a double & 3 single beds - perfect for our needs. Unfortunately the room did not have AC which was uncomfortable as it was a warm night. The breakfast (included) was fresh, albeit basic. No issues otherwise. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

Nice Hotel in lovely village
Stayed in the Family Room room 304 the only down side was the free Hotspot did not reach the room. Staff friendly but I wish either I could speak french or they had a menu in english as well, as there were a few english families staying but no one could understand or read the menu and no staff spoke english.
Breakfast was okay.

Good overnight stay
Beze is an interesting village for a short visit. The hotel is good but rather let down by the rather basic bedroom/bathroom.
