I just stayed with 6 adults and 2 babies, using 5 bedrooms. Great indoor space and two outdoor areas, one under vine tree and another with a canopy. The pool area is very safe, with gates and very child safe. The pool is awesome and we spent many days here, just chilling. At the pool area there is a shaded area, which have three large ratton sofas. The house is at the edge of a village, with a decent bakery, a Lidl (with 80Kw EV chargers, always available). The village is surrounded by vineyards and you can see Christine’s family vineyard from the house, highly recommend their vine, great rural views. The beaches are 30mins away, and not too crowded. All rooms on ground floor have Air Con and Air Con on first floor. Beautiful house, highly recommend and Christine is very attentive of you have any queries. In summary the house has all you need, it’s very high standard and has all you will need for a great holiday. It’s 5 star, you will not regret booking it 5 ⭐️

A comfortable modern villa with very nice pool area
The villa is large with comfortable, modern furnishing and a large lounge area. The grounds are pretty and spacious. There are two very nice outside dining areas. The poolside furniture is plentiful and comfortable and benefits from a second kitchen area with fridge/freezer and barbecue. HOWEVER U.K. vistors be aware! Sheets, pillowcases, towels - bathroom, poolside or dishtowels - are not provided. This was not mentioned in the villa description. Carrying household linen will make quite a dent in your luggage allowance. There are only two A/C units. One is in one of the downstairs bedrooms and the other is in the upstairs hallway and serves the three bedrooms off. This means that bedroom doors must be left open to benefit from it. Cleaning is not included in the rental cost. We hired a local lady reccommended by the owners.

Schönes Haus für die ganze Familie
Wir haben mit 7 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern 14 wunderbare Tage in dem Haus verbracht. Uns hat das Haus sehr gut gefallen. Es war mit allem vollständig eingerichtet,so dass uns nichts gefehlt hat. Besonders gut fanden wir die geräumigen Gemeinschaftsbereiche (Wohnzimmer, überdachter Bereich beim Pool). Man konnte sowohl drinnen als auch draußen gemütlich mit allen Personen zusammen essen,spielen etc. Der Gasgrill war super und wir haben ihn öfter benutzt. Hierfür stand ebenfalls alles zur Verfügung. Der Pool und die Tischtennisplatte waren auch wie auf den Fotos abgebildet. Einmal die Woche wurde der Pool gesäubert und alles kontrolliert. Die Sicherung des Pools durch den Zaun ist super, wenn man noch Nichtschwimmer- Kinder dabei hat. So konnten die Kinder auch mal allein draußen spielen ohne Sorge, dass jemand ins Wasser fällt. Die Umgebung war schön und man konnte Bäcker, Lidl etc. auch fußläufig erreichen. Parkplätze für 3 Autos waren vor dem Haus direkt verfügbar. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war sehr freundlich und wor haben einige Ausflugs- und Restauranttipps bekommen.

Semaine de rêve
Superbe semaine passée chez Christine qui est très accueillante et à l écoute. Merci encore pour le cadeau de bienvenue et les idees de sorties. Le logement est parfait, très bien décoré propre et idéalement situé. Les terrasses et la piscine sont un vrai plus pour des vacances d été au top. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Nous sommes arrivés a la villa un vrai magazine nous attendait avec toutes les infos utiles pour la maison ainsi que les informations touristiques. Christine pourrait etre guide touristique. Les plus de la maison : climatisation dans tous les etages; 2 terrasses pour profiter du soleil a toute période de la journée; une belle piscine sécurisée La region est magnifique mer, montagnes, villes et piscines naturelles.

Une semaine fabuleuse
Excellent séjour. La villa est superbe. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la piscine et les repas sous la glycine. Nous étions 13, la maison est spacieuse, chacun ayant son intimité avec salle de bain privative. Christine la propriétaire est à l'écoute et aux petits soins. Petits et grands, nous garderons un excellent souvenir de cette semaine.

Ein unvergessliches Ferienerlebnis in einem traumhaften Haus
Sehr netter Gastgeber, der auf unsere Fragen immer ganz schnell geantwortet hat. Der Schlüssel war in einer Schlüsselbox hinterlegt, so dass wir bei Ankunft sofort ins Haus konnten. Hier stand für uns zur Begrüßung eine Flasche Wein bereit. Der Pool ist eingezäunt und mit einem Tor gesichert. Das Haus verfügt über zwei Außentische, einer mit Blick auf die Poollandschaft und einer mit schattenspendender Pergola. Ein wirklich traumhaftes Objekt. Wir haben den Urlaub mit Freunden verbracht und waren in Summe 5 Erwachsene und 6+ Kinder. Jeder hatte seinen eigenen Rückzugsbereich. Jedes Zimmer hatte ein eigenes Bad/WC. Es blieben keine Wünsche offen. Das Objekt war sehr gepflegt und sauber. Dieser Urlaub wird uns allzeit in guter Erinnerung bleiben.

Une semaine FORMIDABLE!!!
Nous étions 12 dans cette magnifique villa spacieuse, fonctionnelle, tres bien située. Tout le confort y etait aussi bien a l interieur qu a l exterieur. Les salles d eau au nombres de 4 pour 12 residents est un point tres positif. Les 2 terrasses exterieures nous ont permis d agreables moment d aperos et de repas. La piscine est spendide, bien exposée et le plus pour les enfants avec la table de ping pong. La villa avec 1 vue incroyable sur les vignes nous permet d etre au grand calme tout en etant proche du village et des commerces. Tellement de choses, toutes positives, a dire pour cette villa qui reflète parfaitement l accueil de ses hotes. Christine et son mari sont adorables, et on sent que le bien etre de leurs hotes reste leur priorité. Encore un grand merci à vous!! Vivement l ete prochain pour renouveler cette magnifique expérience.

nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans la maison de Christine et Jean Marc MORENO .C'est une grande maison ,spacieuse et confortable .Nous étions 9 et chacun y a trouvé sa place .L'endroit est idéal pour aller visiter Beziers et son arrière pays ainsi que le canal du midi .Mme MORENO nous a accueilli avec beaucoup de gentillesse et nous avons pu la contacter chaque fois que cela a été necessaire .Nous sommes tous rentrés ravis de cette semaine .

Nous avons passé un très très bon séjour! On était tous ravi 😃 nous étions 6 adultes et 5 enfants. Il y avait bien de la place pour tout le monde. La maison est parfaite. Bien équipée. Bien aménagée. Elle correspond tout à fait aux photos! Un dortoir pour les enfants au rez-de-chaussée avec plein de jouets en plus ! De quoi ravir différents âges 👌 Propriétaire très sympa ! Très réactive et serviable. (Merci encore pour le lit parapluie acheté exprès avant notre venue). Vraiment aux petits soins. Un petit "guide" d'accueil à l'arrivée. Avec des petits tuyaux sur les environs. Restos, marché, etc. Bien utile Une piscine parfaite ! Dans un cadre magnifique ! Bien fermée pour les enfants. Bien aménagée avec les transats bien nombreux et le salon de jardin. La table de ping pong a également fait son effet 😉 On s'est tous éclaté et on rentre satisfait de nos vacances 😃 merci

Séjour de rêve
Magnifique séjour reposant dans un cadre idyllique au milieu des cigales ! Proche de la mer et de l’arrière pays avec villages typiques, marchés locaux et rivière. Maison spacieuse avec piscine. Sicheres grosszügiges Ferienhaus Familien
Ruhig gelegenes Haus am Ortsrand. Optimal mit kleinen Kindern(ausser der Treppe) sehr gut gesicherter Pool, Spielplatz für kleinere Kinder , Tischtennis für grössere Kinder. Das Haus ist von einer Mauer umgeben. Der Parkplatz ist ausserhalb. Die kleine Bäckerei ist zu Fuss in 5 Min.und der Super U im Nachbardorf mit dem Auto in 5 Min.erreichbar. Die Küste ist in ca.30 Min.zu erreichen und innerhalb von1-1 1/2 Stunden liegen auch viele Sehenswürdigkeiten. Im Herbst wird es nachts kühler, der Pool somit ebenfalls und da das Haus nur mit der Klimaanlage beheizt wird empfehlen wir dass wärmere Decken oder Wolldecken mitgebracht werden. Sie sind im Haus nicht vorhanden.

De superbes vacances
Christine et son mari ont été géniaux, ils répondent vite et donnent plein de bonnes adresses. La maison est très agréable à vivre. On s'y sent comme chez soi ! Nous étions 6 adultes, 4 enfants et 1 bébé et nous nous sommes sentis libres tant la maison est spacieuse. Le village de Murviel est à 30min environ de tout un tas de lieux sympathiques à decouvrir. Il y a aussi la rivière à quelques minutes en voiture. Nous recommandons cette maison sans hésitation ! Merci nos vacances étaient géniales aussi grâce au confort de votre jolie maison.

Superbe semaine
A notre arrivée le couple nous a très bien accueilli, visite de la maison, nous a conseillé sur des choses a faire pour petits et grands, des bons restau, ... Se sont des personnes très très gentille, disponible a tout moment du séjour, répond a nos questions par texto ou répond à nos appels. La maison est beaucoup plus spacieuse que sur les photos (210m a 12, on ne s'est pas marché dessus), les chambres avec salle d'eau privé ont beaucoup plû, une terrasse ombragée est sympa pour prendre les repas lorsqu'il fait chaud, le pool housse avec la table de ping-pong on fait des heureux, nous avons passés un excellent séjour et reviendront sans hésiter. La piscine est bien sécurisé pour les tout petits, nous conseillons sans soucis. S'est un endroit calme (mais nous avons pu écouter la musique et prendre des bainsde 0h00) avec belle vue sur les vignes. Merci a vous.

Très bon séjour très bonne prestation
Ce fut un très bon séjour dans un bel environnement très calme. La maison est très bien équipé avec des beaux extérieurs (très propre également). Deux terrasses permettant d’être à l’ombre tout au long de la journée. Le coin piscine est très bien agencé (plus grand que sur les photos, ainsi que la maison). L’accueil a été super avec toutes les explications nécessaires pour profiter pleinement de la maison. La mer reste proche et l’accès rapide. Toutes les commodités à proximité. Que du positif ! Très belle propriété en générale, bien entretenue tant à l’intérieur qu’à l’extérieur, spacieuse et fonctionnelle. La maison et ses abords sont mieux en réalité qu’en photo. Accueil et propriétaires très agréables. Nous y avons passé de bonnes vacances. Nous recommandons!
