"Our stay at the condo was a good one. The place was clean, in a safe area, and conveniently located within a short drive to shopping. The owners were attentive and checked in to make sure everything was going well. The security staff at the gate were professional, friendly, and helpful.The kitchen could use a few more essentials—an oven or even a convection oven, along with some additional pots, would make a big difference. The blender was a nice touch, though. Optimizing the storage space by reorganizing some of the kitchen tools and decorative pieces could make things more functional.Overall, it was a solid stay with great hospitality."

"Overall the experience was great, the location of the property is pretty good with multiple things to do (playgrounds, small zoo, restaurants, 30 min away from downtown, 1 hr away from San Miguel de Allende). The owner of the property was very attentive and available/supportive with the problems faced during my stay. On the downside we faced a couple of problems with the water heater and there was no hot water during the first day, we had to flush ourselves the water heater to make it work, then we ran out of gas so the stove stopped working which required an emergency service to refill the gas tank so we could have breakfast. It could use some pest control as several were found inside the house. I will definitely come back, the minor issues faced were fixed thanks to the owner and we had a blast, the whole family enjoyed the time we spent there. "
