Not as described.
This hotel is saying that it is ‘pet friendly’ but we found that, despite informing them on booking that we would have our two small dogs with us, they gave us a room on the third floor with no elevator. This meant 7 flights of stairs with luggage and the dogs in tow. Obviously we would have to take the dogs out a few times to do their business so we felt that putting us 3 floors up with no lift was very poor service and forethought by the hotel. The room itself was nice, large and clean with comfortable bed and good shower. However the hotel was also billed in Hotels.com as having all smoke free rooms but our room smelled of smoke and there was even an ash tray on the shelf!! A good enough stop over on our way through the mountains but that is about it.

Hotel propre et eau chaude avec pression ! Chambres nettoyées tout les jours Proche frontières Restaurant top au pied de l'hôtel Parking dispo Parle français mais pas trop Attention aux Français, le tunel qui permet de traverser la frontières est fermé de 22h a 6h, obligé de faire demi-tour et de se loger ailleurs Extrêmement bruillant, on a l'impression que les propriétaires déménage, toutes les portes claques, et on entend les voisins .... impossible de dormir avant minuit nis après 7h30

There was no reservation marked for us. We had to then wait for the owner to come to reception who gave us a standard room, even though we had reserved a higher level room.
