Other things to note
-Please put all your skiing stuff inside the sport room - next to laundry room
-Please note there are two heat controls. One is in living room and the other is in game room.
-Please note we collect $300 security deposit for trash situation. We need your help to put the trash into the dumpster and not the enclose. Animal comes and scatter all the trash and we get fine from the city. When you check out please take a picture no trash was left on the premise and we will return deposit.
- Cleaning company charge us $60 per pet per night. Please contact the host if you have pets.
- Indoor fireplace is not available for use for fire safety reasons.
-Please note that during winter time, furniture outside of the house are covered by snow or ice most of the time. Because of this, our cleaners can't clean and we can't guarantee the use of the furniture outside.
-Please put the cover of the hot tub/jacuzzi after use.

We have exterior cameras in the property for security and insurance purposes.
Primary renter/guest must be 25 years of age or older. Primary renter/guest is defined as the person reserving and paying for the security deposit/rental fees and is responsible for all guests staying at the property during their stay.
