This is a Bearview unit type, which is the best and with the best views of the lake. Lesser 1-bedroom unit types are Lakeview, Lakeside, and Bearhill. Before you book someone else's unit, ask them what unit type they own and which room they have reserved. I guarantee lake views. I reserved the 2nd floor of Building 2 to have the best unobstructed lake views.
