The property is about a mile east of any markets or restaurants. There's a snow-tubbing place right next door, which seemed to stay open till 9pm or 10pm, so noise level was moderate. I'm not sure, but I believe a lot of children who might live on the premises, so a bit noisy there too. Coffee in the lobby in the morning, 7am till 10 or 11 am. Lady manager was very nice.

Someone used the room next door as a dog sitting service. Let two dogs stay there and barking all night. To my surprise the staff was unable to do anything about it. Horrible experience. Never again. The walls are paper thin. Above our head we had people stomping all night long doing god knows what. Paying premium for a hotel next time for sure!

One of the beds didn’t have a fitted sheet on it. They used a regular sheet to cover the mattress, but it kept slipping off. We had to ask for towels daily. Housekeeping never came by. We asked the front desk, and they said they charge an additional $45/night if you want housekeeping. Otherwise housekeeping only cleans your room after you check out. We were never informed of that when we booked the room or when we checked in. The ice maker was broken, so you had to get ice from the front office. The people above us were jumping and walking around until 2am. When we asked the front office if they could ask the family to be more respectful of people sleeping below them, the office did nothing.

First room #141 was smelly and window screen was bent and coming off. I was assigned a second room, #146, as I walked in the room, I found a crawling spider. The TV remote batteries kept coming off, since there was no cover. And the bathroom sink was clogged. Extremely uncomfortable stay.

Very unexpected
The room next to me made too much noise and I heard every foot step and door closing. Building must not be sound proof. The room next to my room also has smokers smoke outside my room. Very inconvenient especially when I had requested for non smoking! The refrigerator leaked water on the floor as well. The bathroom sprayed on me whenever I flushed the toilet. Very unsanitary. Shower was very slow with its flow….had to waste a lot of time waiting while showering with a slow working shower.
