An older property the room shows some wear and tear, but generally pretty clean and well kept. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. The location is walking distance from the convention center and a short drive to Lake access or shopping. The price for rooms is competitive but reasonable for the area

My wife and I stayed there with our dog in early August. The room was immaculate, and every thing was kept tidy and clean all around the property. This low budget place was far better than most higher-end places I've stayed. There was a large space for dogs to relieve themselves, and it was properly lit at night.

It was just what we needed. We had and event for the 4th of July and the event location was just across the street. Rooms were clean, water pressure was good, beds were comfy, AC worked great and it was a nice basic room to keeps our stuff in and sleep a few hours.

I like that I was able to take my two small dogs for free and I had a room down stairs so it was easy for my dogs to go in and out. What I didn’t like is that the room was VERY dusty which made my allergies flare up.the lamps/tv were the most dusty. I also didn’t like the shower , it was so small I felt like the water was going everywhere. But overall it was a nice motel to stay in with your pets.
