We had wuick overnight stay. Sierra blue a very nice and easy go spot. Easy to find close to all the shopping. Outdoor fire pit was fun to hang out. Beds were comfy! Will definitely stay again

Nice enough property & room. The contactless service was off-putting and, as someone with a long customer service history, disappointing. Wish that had been featured more prominently on the rez site, but I will look more closely in the future and avoid those properties. Felt like I was staying in a ghost hotel at times, but that may be related to it being low season. Also, if texts are a primary feature to communicate with staff, a response shouldn’t take 3-4 hours.

I really enjoyed the staff. I enjoyed the pool, although the Jacuzzi doesn’t have jets that function. That was quite a bummer because I needed a little bit of a massage. Also, there was a cleanliness issue when I arrived in the room underneath a very nice little throw rug was a bunch of garbage that was swept under the rug That was a little disappointing if it was just me I wouldn’t have cared, but my wife was with me However, this did not affect our stay. I would definitely stay here again incredibly kind about it even offered to move me rooms as well as offer me anything I want from the snacks that are available for purchase in the rooms. I told him that is not necessary but fantastic service It really was wonderful and I was comfortable there. It was really quiet. It was what I needed. Again My honesty with these reviews is very important and no place is perfect. But again, this was a really comfortable little place. The indoor pool was so nice and the Jacuzzi was nice even without the Jets, but I would’ve loved to have the Jets. I would definitely recommend this place to others and the location is spectacular right in the village of Big Bear and the bowling alleys directly across the street and it was so quiet. It was wonderful.

Very nice property. I was unaware when I booked this pet friendly hotel it would cost an extra $60 to have my trained 15lb dog with us. Additionally, if you ask for early check in you have to pay an extra $25 per hour. Other than then the shocking fees this place was nice however the person above us kept us awake while they were pacing back and forth. You could hear them walking and throwing items on the floor.

The area around the hotel was under evacuation order, and the hotel refused to refund our money, even though they were fires all around and it was impossible to get to the property. There should be laws against this.

I loved staying at Sierra Blue! The rooms and common areas are super cute and cozy, everything was clean, and our bed was extremely comfy! Really nice fluffy comforter which you don't always find at hotels and an extra warm blanket. The room had a fridge, microwave and white noise machine (!). We also had a view of the lake from our window which was an unexpected bonus. Parking was super easy right out front and it was really nice we could walk into the village for meals and shopping. The pool area is nice although the hot tub jets aren't working which would have been nice after a hike. My only issues here were our toilet kept running and wasn't flushing properly, and when I asked the person at the front desk to come take a look at it, he never did even though he said he'd be right up. We kept using the toilet in the lobby which wasn't ideal. There isn't always someone at the front desk either, but they do leave a sign with a number to text if you need anything. Overall I'd stay here again and I hope I get the chance to!
