Wilderness Club at Big Cedar offers the ultimate family-friendly retreat leaving the impression of rustic elegance and ideal extended family vacations! There, you can enjoy the unique charms of the resort's wilderness lodge architecture and its beautiful natural scenery.

Approximately 450 square feet, this spaciously warm and homey state of the art studio features 1 King Bed and 1 Sofa bed in the living area including a kitchenette, bathroom and laundry is in the common area. Maximum of 4 occupants.

The person checking in must be 18 years of age (or older). With this notion, please prepare a VALID ID and credit card in your name. A $100 Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon checking in is required. Cash is not accepted. After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. Please bring a valid form of Picture ID. However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee. Any damages will be charge upon check-out.

Resort check- in time is 4 p.m. and check-out time is 10 a.m. The nearest airport to Wilderness Club at Big Cedar is Branson Airport (BKG) which is 9 miles by car respectively.

They rented out what we reserved to someone else.
We paid to stay for a two days and when we got there to check in, they had given it to someone else. This place doesn’t even get a one star. It is also run by a third party time share and we never even got to talk to a human once. We spent 8 hours trying to figure out what happened. There were no other places to stay and we ended up having to drive home. This was a birthday gift that I gave to my husband and ended up crying over it cause our weekend plan failed. My husband was understanding. My husband has acute asthma and I try to do special things for him since he can not be outside during the Summer for very long. This place has no personal touch with a human. It is third party time share.

Upon arrival at the wilderness club we were told if we went to top of the rock we wouldn’t have to pay to get in just show our bracelet. Once we left there and put our stuff in the room we went to eat at the fun center. Once we arrived there. We ordered 2 bison burgers after about 30 minsnkkp

Would give it another try
First off, we were assigned to a handicap accessible room. That meant zero bathroom vanity space for 3 females. Not ideal, but we managed. Im sure a regular room would have been better. Hospitality said to make sure you add room Preferences to your reservation.The room was not super clean with vaccuming, dust in corners etc. It is a tight fit for 3 adults and would not reccomend. However, the Big Cedar property made up for it. Adult pool area was peaceful and a beautiful view. We kayaked, rented paddle boards and played mini golf. The Truman Coffee shop was lovely.

Mothers Day Stay
I stayed at this lovely property with my daughter for Mothers Day Weekend. I already want to come back! Very close to everything at Big Cedar that we wanted to do. The pool was fabulous and I loved all the restaurants. Guest services is one of the best!
