"Only thing id say is the glasses were not clean. We actually parked down the road as we didn't relaise where the hotel car park was but was £5.50 for 24 hrs. Lovely hotel and staff were very friendly Definitely stay again."

"We had a fantastic week in this amazing property. Lots of room to spread out, very comfy bedrooms. Lovely walk to the coastline and Westward Ho! Only disappointment was the pool being not very inviting and garden furniture needs replacing. Otherwise a great place for a family holiday."

"We had the best time staying in Moulton Barrett Barn. Accommodation was to a very very high standard with three en-suite rooms. Very spacious lounge diner kitchen area overlooking a delightful walled garden with apple trees. The indoor pool was adjacent to our property and was a firm favourite with the kids. The property was dog friendly. Our hosts were fantastic and hugely informative about local amenities, attractions and restaurants. Very grateful for the top tip about quay jumping in nearby Appledore. Such a fantastic location to explore North Devon. Very close to the big Sherp,MilkyWay and North East Devon Wake Boarding centre. Some fantastic beaches nearby and wonderful coastal walks. Already planning our return visit next year."

"The property was perfect for a couple and dog. Close to amenities and beaches, but also rural with lovely views. The barn has been converted to a high spec, with modern fixtures and fittings, and plenty of room to spread out. The pool is an added bonus. Everything was sparkling clean and communication over directions and check in was clear and easy."
