Family friendly home on Flathead River with amazing views, dock and toys galore

Tons of outdoor living with a new huge deck expansion, 1.5 acres of lush yard, riverside with a dock and 3 kayaks/2 paddle boards, and 4 bedrooms of AC. This property has outstanding privacy as you are surrounded by farms, gorgeous views of river and mountains, and lots of space for large family gatherings. The house is recently remodeled and in great shape with a large living room, kitchen, dining open concept with a 10 seat dining table, a 4 seat breakfast table (seating for 21 across all).

HOUSE: The house is in a peaceful area surrounded by farms. Four bedroom (3K, 1Q + 2 bunk beds), 3 full baths. Two bedrooms are upstairs and two are downstairs. Upstairs is ground level and no stairs required. Air conditioning. Large open concept kitchen, dining and living room. Baby crib, highchair, pack and play. Washer/dryer, iron, steam iron, ironing board. Full set of extra bedding for every bed. Downstairs has an extra TV and game area, exercise bike, bar area with extra fridge/freezer, sink and microwave.

KITCHEN: The kitchen is fully stocked with just about everything you would need: Coffee maker, Keurig cup coffee maker, tea pot, crock pot, large air fryer, 2 toasters, rice maker, waffle maker, 2 pancake skillets, full set of pots and pans, and every utensil you could imagine.

DECK: Large deck with dining table, propane fire pit and professional grill (pellet and propane). There is seating on deck for 16 people.

GARDENS: The flower beds will be in full bloom from April to September. There are three cherry trees on property, so if you are here at the right time, you'll get to harvest some cherries. You're also likely to be treated to sightings of eagles, swans, ducks and geese at certain times of year. The eagles nest all around this immediate area and make this their year round home.

RIVER: Staying on the Flathead River just upstream of Flathead Lake is the best of both worlds. The river stays calm when the lake is rough, and when the lake is calm, it is a short 10 minute ride from our house down the river to the lake. The stretch of river in front of the house is the best stretch to water ski, inner tube and fish. The Eagle's Perch is the most unique property on Flathead river in that it is set up on a rise above the river, so the views are amazing and the sunsets are beautiful. You'll see eagles soaring at eye level and perching in the trees surrounding the house. Any other house on the river is down on water level and your views are far more limited. Beautiful large yard, professional grill (pellet & propane). The boat and jet ski docks are great for playing on the water and parking your watercrafts. Bring your boat and/or jet skis and have the time of your life.

TOYS: Ping pong table and lots of games for the family and kids will help keep everyone entertained. Three kayaks (2 tandem) and two paddle boards for hours of fun on the water.

VIEWS: Great room is all windows; looking out over the river and lake to the west and south. Mission range and farmland is your view to the east. Home is in a peaceful country setting, surrounded by farms and horses.

LOCATION: 5 mins to Bigfork by road and 20 minutes by boat. Nearby, you will find a bowling alley (1 mile), pickle ball courts (1 mile), liquor store (1 mile), grocery store (2 miles), fitness center (3 miles) and downtown Bigfork (4 miles). Kalispell is 15 minutes, Whitefish is 40 minutes, and Glacier Park is a 45 minute drive.

PARKING: There is lots of parking with room for at least 7 vehicles and/or trailers. There is even room to park an RV/camper with electric hookup.

EXTRAS: A golf cart is available for those needing help getting up and down the hill to the water.

Most beautiful setting with wonderful space to gather
We had my son’s wedding at the Diamond B and this home was incredible! My extended family could all be together in this one house. The living room / kitchen was open and spacious. Lots of chairs and couches to sit on and hang out. The bedrooms were decorated cute and very comfortable. Everything was clean. There was everything you could need in the kitchen. Nice touch of a welcome basket too! I highly recommend this home. The communication with the host was awesome as well.

Great trip to Montana
The house was very clean & spacious. We used the private dock & kayaks often. The lake was a further walk that we realized, but well worth it. Local fishing was amazing on the lake, we chartered a boat. We caught many fish & cooked them up too, on property. For cooking, everything we needed was there & convenient.

Special Property, Perfect for Multi-Generational Guests
This is a special property, perfect for multi-generational guests. Very clean and has everything you could need, beds are very comfortable!! You can tell this place is well loved and well taken care of - it felt like home! We usually stay on the lake, but being on the river and close to the lake was ideal - calm river for the many days the lake was rough. After staying at several properties in the area, this is my new favorite place on Flathead!! We loved the kayaks and SUP boards, and the kids game/toy closet was a hit! The owner, Sean, was super responsive and the manager left me a personal note answering questions I had. The welcome gifts were a wonderful touch - local coffee, huckleberry taffy, and a cooler for the river/lake! We enjoyed watching lots of wildlife and taking walks down the lane. Sunsets from the deck were spectacular! There’s nothing I would add or change about this place - it’s a gem!

Great family home lots of space.
The house is large and great for families. The deck was great with a fire pit and very relaxing. The house was clean and well stocked. We loved how the kitchen was well organized and labeled. The only downside was the walk to the dock if you have mobility issues, but a wagon was provided which was very helpful.

The Perfect Home Base for Exploring Flathead County!
Eagle's Perch is a gorgeous vacation destination in and of itself, with magnificent views of the Flathead River and mountains out of every window. The house is immaculately maintained and just perfect for our family group of 8 adults and 2 children under 5. The huge lawn was perfect for frisbee tournaments and romping with the kids. The pier was a great spot for launching swim floats, kayaks, paddle-boards and rented jet skis. The generously provided kayaks, paddle boards and life vests were in top notch condition. Eagle's Perch is also the perfect home-base for exploring Flathead County and beyond. Highlights were our day trips to Glacier National Park and Whitefish Mountain Resort, and hikes in the Bigfork area followed by coffee and treats in town. Sean is a terrific host who replies immediately to any inquiries via the VRBO app or personal mobile phone. Our introduction to Montana couldn't have been happier or more breathtakingly beautiful thanks to his hospitality.

Great Vacation Home!
The house is spotlessly clean, impeccably organized and supplied, with magnificent views. Sean was very responsive to all our requests and questions. Great dock to launch kayaks and paddle boards on Flathead River which is more like a lake than a river at the dock. Near spectacular Glacier National Park and thrills of Whitefish.

Amazing property for big families
This property was amazing, the house is well stocked with basic amenities which makes it feel like you are staying at a friends. The home is warm, inviting with fantastic views. The common room upstairs works great for large gatherings with chairs and space for everyone to be together. Everything is clean and well kept. They had a great assortment of toys, games and puzzles for children of all ages which was much appreciated. The wrap around deck is a nice touch to be able to take in the view and to always find a place to sit in the sun or out of the wind. The boat launch ramp was very close to the house making it easy to launch our sea-doos and have peaceful rides up the river where the water was like glass. The dock on the property allowed for us to swap out passengers or tie up the sea-doos overnight. This property is very user friendly and would highly recommend. The only thing missing from this property was a hot tub.

Great stay!
Beautiful house! We rented it and stayed over the long weekend in May for 3 nights, two families with children. The house was very clean, comfy and welcome with a nice view over the river and mountains. It had everything you might need for a perfect stay from a diversity of kitchen appliances to kayaks. The host was easy to connect with, responsive and accommodating, thoughtful in making sure we felt at home with every touch.

Wow - This Place is a Refuge
Can't stress enough how much we enjoyed our stay. This a truly a home away from home with all the amenities you would want. It is clear that this is someone's personal vacation home and not just a rental. Every kitchen tool or gadget you would want was available, so many puzzles, games, books, water toys and the scenery is to die for. Those of you familiar with this part of Montana may not be surprised but we absolutely loved it here. We spent 2 days in Glacier and our last day just enjoying the house. I highly recommend this property - one of our favorite vacation homes we have been in.

Flathead Lake River house
We were 2 generations of family returning to the area 21 years after our Polson visit. The house viewing Flathead River was beautiful. Windows and decks on 3 sides. Having morning coffee outside and cooling conversations in the evening made each day better than the day before. The kitchen had everything you needed and more. Loved the area better than Polson area. Restaurants and shopping were great. Would love to return to this house again and again.

We had a large group between the ages of 10-85. Everyone loved the house, location and the amenities! Wonderful deck with beautiful sunset views, deer, birds and the neighboring horses kept us entertained. The kayaks and paddle boards were put to good use as well as the ping pong table! The kitchen was well stocked and the guys enjoyed the smoker!

Flathead Fourth of July week vacation
We had a very large group and the house accommodated us all very comfortably. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen amenities were perfect! Awesome grill to use and lots of games to use at night while we relaxed after a day on the water. We brought our mastercraft boat but due to water levels were not able to keep the boat at the house like we hoped. However, they had a very nice dock and a boat lift with several kayaks and paddle boards! The lift would not have worked for our boat anyway due to capacity of 3800lbs, but perfect for smaller boats when the water is deep enough! We were still on the water a lot and were able to explore the lake a bit as we found different launches to use every day! Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place for anyone! The owner was very responsive and all of our questions got answered promptly! Thanks for a great stay!

Excellent stay on Flathead River-Wow!
Property with stunning views of the Flathead River, horses next door and several deer. House has everything you need to cook (blender, crockpot, griddles, etc) I love to cook and always found what I needed. Plenty of matching glassware and place settings. All the beds were equally comfortable with high quality pillows/linens. Home was spotless, owner very responsive (he even delivered a grill scraper that was needed). Very quiet, rural setting but still only 5 min from Bigfork. We’ve rented a couple dozen VRBO homes and this one was easily in the top five. We would definitely rent this place again if staying in the area.
