Bed very hard didn't sleep well ...booked breakfast think there should of been continental breakfast as well as cooked...ect cereal..fruit ..juice ..for the price ..on first morning we had lovely mature lady serving...very helpful and couldn't do enough..second morning young girls just left coffee and hot water on bench said help urself...i like to be served my coffee

Poor hotel
I wasn’t paying for a 5 star room or other facilities but I do expect a warm room with working radiators I know it’s May but on the 21st May it rained all day the temperature had dropped a good bit so let’s have the choice warm or stay cold, the shower was very very poor the cubicle was so small that it was difficult to move in it the shower was just very poor For gods sake just invest in the plumbing for your benefit as well as the paying customer Avoid not very good

Room was very spacious, cleanliness not very good, bed was good size and sheets seemed clean but very uncomfortable, very upset with bathroom and toilet, both could do with updating also stains on carpet floor,no view at all from window just a brick wall,

Nice modern bar and restaurant area. Spacious room. Bed was a bit small, but comfortable. Our bathroom had a shower over the bath, but no shower door or curtain, making it a little bit awkward.

Friendly check in. On inspection I found my mattress had no protective cover on ,or the pillows. , mattress was covered in peewee stains.I wish I could upload the picture!. Such a let down for the Hotel, I’ll not be back if they think this is acceptable.

Was very noisy, could hear the floorboards creaking from upstairs rooms. Weren't given the wifi code either and TV didn't work without it. However was a good price and had car parking.

Rooms were dated and in need of upgrade. Even just a new mattress and pillows would be good! I stayed on a Saturday night and was street facing, being an old building you can hear a lot of noise from outside. The breakfast was fantastic, and service in the morning was good. This was the main reason for the rating.

Not the best...
Cost to stay was extremely reasonable in comparison to others in the area however, this came at a cost. The TV didn't work, the cold tap wouldn't work in the morning, the bed was extremely uncomfortable (had the floor been cleaner, sleeping there may have been an option). As stated, very cheap but you would expect the basics of working facilities within the room and cleanliness none the less.
