Nice property, but room smelt of damp
Lovely property, friendly service, delicious breakfast and lovely scenery. Unfortunately the bedroom smelt very badly of damp. Obviously a problem/leak, which spoilt our stay somewhat as the smell was so potent. Wherever prepared the room must have known as the window was open and there was a diffuser in the room to try and mask the smell.

I little slice of heaven
Such a cute little place in the middle of the countryside. The rooms are immaculate with everything you require, Staff were super friendly and the breakfast was perfect.

A beautiful comfortable hotel in a pretty setting with great staff. A taxi ride from Billericay. Best breakfast I’ve had in a long time.
