The family suite was perfect for our family of seven! The staff was super friendly and very helpful! This property is dated and could use a total make over, but for the price, it simply cant be beat!

I used to stay at this when it was "the" fancy hotel. Its certainly gone downhill but feankly was great for taking my dog, staff waa friendly and it was priced right. I'd stay again

What a fantastic motel! It is still under construction so that accounts for the lower ratings….,I imagine it also accounts for the lower cost! Not complaining about that! I went with a midrange priced accommodation and was amazed at what I got!

Good service HORRIBLE room.
The front desk staff were nice and check-in was good. However, the rooms need a complete overhaul. They are old, and our room had severe water damage at one time (you could tell from the walls and ceiling) so the room smelled mildewy. The bathroom had horrible black mold surrounding the bathtub. The beds were ridiculously uncomfortable, the mattresses had to be very dated they were so broken down in the center that my husband and I kept rolling toward each other when one would move. All in all the room was not worth the price we paid. Will not be staying there on our return trips to Billings, we will find another hotel.

Staff friendly and helpful. The room we slept in was clean but phone and TV didn’t work well Property was obviously being renovated. There was a strong smell of mildew in the reception area, construction repairs were going on outside of building , property was dangerous with broken pavement and glass strewn around. Kind of the dark side of the moon

Sheila, the manager at the front desk was wonderful! Helpful, friendly, and personable. Hotel is scheduled for remodel but was fine. Air conditioner was struggling a bit to keep up with the heat. Good value for the price.
