Had to wait 30 minutes for someone to attend the front desk upon check-in. Kids were constantly running around on the upper levels making all kinds of noise. There were homeless living along the perimeter of the motel. I went across the street to the econolodge where the prices were comparable, the the EL's rooms were much nicer.

Room did not have a fridge or microwave as promised. Room was very dirty and in disrepair. Lights not working in bathroom. Light switch was actually missing. Lobby ice machine not working. Placed smelled like cat urine. Staff not able to help.

lousy lousy lousy
first thing a roach under the bed .. little roach in the bathroom near the exhaust fan, the fan was missing the cover which was behind the toilet. about an hour after check in a couple was screaming outside the room about the horrible condition of their room. Our room the headboard was missing from one bed. they both had lumpy matteresses and only one pillow per bed. Only one of the two room keys worked the front desk fixed that. The room was filthy and the only impressive thing was how loud the toilet was when flushed.

I would not stay in this drug infested Motel I made a mistake didn’t look at the reviews checked in, and then I checked out didn’t even stay. We wasted our money. But was not safe to stay. I wish I can post pictures of the bathroom. Someone was using drugs in the bathroom and left residue.

DO NOT STAY!!!!!
DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! We arrived at 6 pm and they said our rooms weren't cleaned yet we said we would go for dinner and come back we did and there was a different guy there and he was the most rude person I have ever dealt with there were a few of us in the lobby that had reservations and he gave me a key and told me I had 5 minutes to check the room or he would give it to the next person. the rooms were absolutely disgusting graffiti on the walls the lights didn't work in the bathroom the toilet didn't work in another it was unbelievable then when we went to the office he yelled at us and said he was giving the room to the next people and then he told us they have bedbugs in some rooms I told him to cancel our rooms we waited for over 1.5 hrs for the manager who never showed. They finally said they cancelled my reservations so we finally got rooms at a different hotel at 930 at night after riding for 10 hrs that day then I got home and checked and they did not cancel the rooms and charged my credit card for them. they also have junkies squatting there the place is disgusting!!!!

I arrived at motel and checked in. Got checked in got key went to room No sheets on totally stained mattress Bathroom was total disaster with poo and mess everywhere Went back to office and told them Office lady went and looked and said I was given wrong room I was given key to another room When I went to that room someone’s luggage was already in the room Went back to office and was told they had no more rooms Asked for refund and was told only manager could do that and no manager was available I asked for phone number and was told manager would call me Never got call back from manager Next day called motel 6 and still couldn’t talk to manager I called hotel.com and was told they couldn’t help get refund Paid for room but never stayed in a room I will never use hotel.com again

worst hotel ever
very disappointed, the hotel looks old, filthy, very bad service, did not have towels, its in really bad condition, I do not recommended to anyone, It has bugs, there are holes on the walls, on the door, plywood on some windows, mold, dirty mattresses, holes on the mattresses, stains, dirty curtains. Unfortunately had to stay there some days cause other hotel around there booked and also a refund issue.

I had reserved a room on line over a week before my stay. I knew I would have a late check in so I called in advance to make sure that would be okay. They assured me that it would not be a problem. So the day of my stay, I call again to make sure that my late check is was still alright, as I would be in around midnight. They assured me again this would be fine. When I get there to check in. They now cannot find my reservation. I show them my confirmation number, my receipt from the booking and the confirmation email. The guy at the front desk, accused me of showing him false credentials for the room. Told me he's not in the habit of giving away free rooms. But then also admits that the night audit was done early that night and they deleted and erased my reservation. He refused to help me further. So I lost $100. I am disappointed.

Staff was outside of office with family while we waited 10 feet from them waiting to check in. We reserved two rooms with double queen beds. One room was in good condition and clean but the window was boarded up as they were "renovating". The other room had feces and toilet paper in the toilet bowl and on the side of the shower, no toilet paper, shower curtain hanging by one hook, bathroom door looked like it had been punched, hair in the sink, no shampoo or soap, and sheets on both beds looked like they hadn't been washed.

Would give a zero if I could. Booked through Expedia. Got to the hotel and the manager refused to follow up on his offer to see the room first when he realized I booked through Expedia. Upon entering the room, it smelled like bleach had just been dumped on the floor. It smelled like a dog kennel. Then we looked at the bed sheets and they were covered with stains, likely from some sort of bodily fluids. See pictures of what the sheets looked like. I went back to the manager and told him we could not stay in this room and tried to take him up on the offer of looking at the room first. Again, apparently if you book through Expedia, this place just looks at it as guaranteed money. We were only in the room for 3 minutes or so. I called Expedia and they attempted to refund me, but it was dependent on the hotel agreeing to refund them. After 3 days of waiting I received notice that Expedia would not refund me, as they would not refund them.

The first room they put us in had no smoke detector and a connecting door had been kicked in and had a board nailed over it. The second room was better but an employee I suppose (not sure because they were no name tags or uniforms) tried to open the door at around midnight saying we weren’t supposed to be in that room and that no one had left him a note or anything that we were in that room.
