Friendly staff. The Lady that checked us in went above and beyond to help me fix a problem that I caused. She even remembered me when I saw her later that night and wanted to make sure everything was resolved to my satisfaction. If I ever find myself in Billings, MT. I will definitely stay here and recommend this place to everyone.

Loved this great old hotel. Breakfast at Bernie's was great as was dinner at Ten. Staff was attentive and courteous. I had a great corner room that was light and bright. Would definitely stay here again.

Outstanding hotel in the heart of Downtown Billings. Staff is prompt and courteous, rooms are clean, and amenities are great. The location is excellent to be able to walk to everything you want to see Downtown. I have stayed here many times in the past, and this hotel has consistently performed very well.

The ONLY thing I don't like about stays at the Northern is that most of the time my parking pass for the attached garage does not work. Thus, I am stuck in the exit lane with cars behind me and dependent upon someone behind me to help me out. It is not a good policy to simply have a phone number to call if I need help. The last time I addressed this with the staff at the front desk, I was told I could call the City and they could help me out. That is not the right answer.

Very comfortable and clean. Would like to see this motel add refrigerators and microwaves to their rooms. Some of the rooms are VERY small for $225/night also.
