Check in help very helpful, genuine, friendly. Such great service! We traveled with pets and always pick up our dog feces (hotel provides doggie bags) but others did not pick up and dog feces everywhere. Sad people don't clean up after their dogs.

NO COFFEE
Clerk who checked me in was eating while doing so, stained up hoodie on, didn’t tell me my room number or location and when I inquired where to park she shrugged and said she didn’t know it was pretty full? No coffee pot in the room and NONE in the lobby or anywhere else on the property. What hotel has no coffee and no coffee pot in the room? I had to drive at 515am to find a gas station.

The property is rather new so everything is in good shape and looks good. Not luxurious but decent. Especially at under $100 per night. We had a late night arrival and staff was accommodating waiting there for us to do the check in... Especially considering that it was -23 degrees that night. 👏

I've stayed here a couple times with no issues. The place is new, the rooms are clean and a great value for the cost. However, on this last stay, I checked-in around 6PM and was given my keys. I went into my room only to find it occupied. The person was in the shower so luckily there wasn't any awkward confrontation. I just stepped back out quickly and shut the door. The desk clerk was apologetic and seemed confused as to why somebody was in that room(!), but then said the only king available was still being cleaned. So I took a double queen (although I specifically wanted a king). The rest of the stay was uneventful, but being given keys to walk into someone else's room while they were in there was disconcerting. A good lesson - always lock the bolt and the "chain" when you are in the room so somebody can't just walk in.

Mixed bag. There was some sketchy stuff going on in the parking lot. Our fridge was filled with long left over food from a previous guest. Bathroom had lots of hair in it from someone else. Staff was friendly, especially the housekeeper who came to reclean our room!

Staff were very polite, efficient, and accommodating. Rooms were impeccably clean. Only real meh thing was that noise travelled a bit between rooms/hallways (or we just happened to have a very loud upstairs neighbor...). Otherwise, great stay.
