Great location but the restaurants inside and resort fees sort of high! Easy parking but had to ask security to keep an eye on my motorcycle because a sketchy person that was trying to sell me a chainsaw was hanging out in the garage! Check in and staff were very pleasant. I had to settle with a smoking room because that was all that was left and it was definitely a smoking room. If you don’t like cigarette odor, don’t get those rooms. Clean, but smelt like cigarettes.

Unfortunately we had a poor visit this time around. We arrived to the Hotel over an hour early. We were told we would need to wait (that was absolutely fine) we went to the Pizza place (excellent food and service) we waited until five minutes to check in time. When we approached the desk, we were told that no rooms were ready and that they would still need to be inspected before we could get any keys or anything. We then went to the lounge in the lobby next to the robobar. The chair that my wife proceeded to sit on was leaned up by a pole (you could not see anything wrong with said chair) well apparently someone broke a leg off and leaned it up it was a back leg so you couldn’t see it. My 65 year old wife promptly fell to the floor!! I went to the desk to just let them know that the chair was broken and needed attention and that my wife had fallen. There were 4 people at the desk and not one gave an apology or asked if she was ok until I got upset. The First Lady we spoke with asked my wife if she had been sitting on the chair On Top of the Table!!!! Come on!!! She’s 65, not a table dancer! The manager did eventually come out to see what was happening, I explained the situation and she promptly stood up for the staff unlit she actually listened to the issue. She called security, he was very nice. Asked if she was alright, Listened to us and took a pic of her ID to make his report. We then were allowed to go to our room. Shower and windows looking out Filthy & Shower leaks
