Our sliding door for the bathroom was broken and we had no privacy in the bathroom. When we notified the staff, the reaction was “well, that happens sometimes.” There was also a gross discharge coming from one of the bathroom faucets. It is in need of maintenance/upgrades and is a terrible value for the price.

For one no house keeping at all on a 3 night stay that’s nasty. Not USB outlets. Outlets so old everything falls out. Plus no closet space. I have payed a lot less for a lot more will not stay at any hard rock anymore.

Hard Rock Biloxi Nightmare
The room was old and run down. I had no hot water in the shower. I just felt dirty staying there. I will never stay there again.
