Stay elsewhere-SCARY.
Seedy looking men drinking from brown bags out front made us drive through before checking in. Full time residents had chairs, coolers and debris outside rooms. Windows in bad shape, outside of AC units hanging in pieces, peeling paint on stairs. Felt way too unsafe to stay!! But sorry no refunds!

We came to go to the beach and it is a clean place to stay with you family and our dog without any problems. Its nothing fancy but it is clean and friendly and no problems checking in or out .

Very low maintenance. Like (hole in the wall extended stay place) floor panels lose, holes patched up poorly, not dirty but not clean kinda place. The staff and house keepers are very nice but not worth the money.
