I liked that it was a smoke free hotel and casino. The buffet was excellent with many choices available. The casino game was good and not as expensive as some of the other casinos in the area. Helpful staff and easy check in.

I was excited about the amenities of the Palace, only to find out that most of them were closed while I was staying there. The front desk at check-in Keri had VERY poor customer service! This was my very first time here and I had no idea what to do, and thank God for McKenzie, she was very helpful and actually was great with the customer service and her personality was great for the position! I thoroughly enjoyed Mignon’s! The staff, service, and the food was exceptional!! Alex, in the Casino was very friendly and helpful! Stacked was another disappointment! I ordered a simple burger, and what did I get… meat, bread, and cheese, no lettuce, tomato, pickle, went back with the undressed burger they went on to explain that they(Justin and Shelly) could ONLY remake the food. If you didn’t make it right the first time, I was not confident in a second try at fixing my food. I did have to leave to get food a few times besides Mignon’s, that wasn’t in my plans but necessary, so that was disappointing! Another disappointment was there was no place to warm food or drinks, no microwave in the room or anywhere in the building, that was unexpected. Overall I probably wouldn’t stay here again. There is potential but a lot of expectations just were not met.

The Hotel and Casino is nice. Bell Hop Eric is super helpful. Only issue is have is there is only 1 Roulette table and it is constantly crowded. There are electronic Roulette games but it’s just not the same.
