The hotel was nice and clean. The staff was great and the eateries inside the property were really good with a nice selection from breakfast to dinner at all times. The casino is lackluster with a basic collection of slots and tables. The table dealers weren’t very fun to play with which makes a huge difference when playing if you’re losing.

Love Love Love! Such a beautiful place to stay. Food was good options to choose from. Casino was fun. The safety policy is awesome! Had to show license to get on elevator before going to your room and tap your door key on elevator before you can push ur floor. These features are for the safety of their guest! Not anyone can get in. Only complaint which is just ONLY MY PREFERENCE the mattress was hard as brick. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND

I love this casino resort!!! It’s the best place to be. Everyone (the staff) is friendly and very welcoming here. The hotel rooms are very nice and comfortable to stay in. I feel very secure to allow my wife to roam around friendly. The food in the restaurants are very good to eat. Both hotel and casino has a very clean atmosphere. This is mine and my wife’s favorite vacation spot.

Loved my stay and will return.
Very good experience. From Valet,check in and Room service. Only issue I had was that I called down to the front desk to get connected to valet. Front desk said she could give them my information to have my car pulled up and ready. I did give my ticket number. I checked out on the tv, dropped my keys off in the key box at the guard desk. Got to valet and they either didn’t get the message or just didn’t pull it up. It was about 10 minutes from checkout and phone call to the time I got to valet.

We were VERY DISAPPOINTED
We traveled 7 hours from Houston,TX. When we checked in our room was not cleaned well, and the window shades in the bathroom did not work at all. We did not get the room we requested. Rather than a view of the back bay we had a view of the city and parking lot. To access the elevators to the room we had to show our ID every time and were told we had to register any guest to the room before they would be allowed to go up to the room with us. My son daughter-in-law and grand baby were refused access to the room because we were told “ there are no more than 4 people allowed in a room “ so we had to stand on the 6th floor Parking garage while it was raining to visit. We felt this was very invasive. They screen your guests and select who can visit with you. This was my FAMILY! Then I was charged a $100 deposit that has still not been returned to me so now I have to contact them to refund my deposit. I will not stay at this property again and we will not recommend it to ANY ONE!

The decor was exceptionally beautiful, and the view was spectacular. The valet parking was extremely helpful, and the hotel and restaurant staff were very supportive and friendly. The restaurant food was very good. We liked the location because it was not in the thick of downtown traffic but was easily accessible. We enjoyed our stay very much!

I've stayed at the Scarlet Pearl several times. I am always delighted. I usually have a room on the bay side, with a great view. I love the floor to ceiling windows. Parking is easy, security is fantastic, and the food venues are great.
