It has been furnished in a modern and comfortable way and offers a maximum of 6 adults and 1 child in a travel cot room for a relaxing holiday. Through the hallway with mirror and wardrobe you enter the living area. The bright and stylish living room has a sofa bed, underfloor heating, armchair and table, as well as wardrobes, radio and a modern flat-screen TV. In the kitchen area you have a stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker and kettle and a dining area.
In the 1st and 2nd Each bedroom has a comfortable double bed with bedside tables and reading lamps, a wardrobe and a flat-screen TV. From the living room leads to the beautiful west facing balcony with seating. For an extra charge of 15 Euro fresh towels and bed linen are provided upon arrival. From 14 nights this is including the room rate. The two modern bathrooms are equipped with shower and toilet and have natural light. For our guests is a Strandkorbnutzung from May to September including possible! Cot and highchair are also included! A free parking space is available directly at the house. Bicycles brought or rented on site can be parked free of charge in the bicycle cellar.

The holiday apartment in the beautiful Baltic resort of Binz is centrally located, near the kilometer-long, fine sandy beach on the Baltic Sea (300m).
