This modern and exclusive house in the Bauhaus style with its quiet location in the villa ensemble on Zinglingsberg was created in the harmonious interplay of sophisticated architecture and high quality of living. The approximately 93 square meter and exclusive non-smoking house has a roof and a garden terrace with about 15 square meters each, which are accessible from the living area and the bedrooms.

The spacious 46RB20 semi-detached house - Haus Sonnendeck, furnished with attention to detail, extends over the ground and upper floors and can be occupied by up to 4 people. Thanks to its first-class equipment, it offers a particularly pleasant stay - and, if necessary, also for children (children's travel cot and high chair on request). An in-house and mobile electric grill ensures hours of barbecuing and eating on the terraces. A gas fireplace and underfloor heating offer cozy comfort in the colder months. The ground floor has two separate bedrooms on oak floors and two daylight bathrooms in a stylish marble / slate tile combination. In both bedrooms there is a large and comfortable double bed, a wardrobe, blackout options and flat screen TV. One bedroom also offers a secretary for writing holiday greetings. The second bedroom with an additional chest of drawers offers additional storage space. The first bathroom has a bathtub, towel dryer, toilet and vanity. In the second bathroom you will find a walk-in, spacious shower, towel dryer, washstand and toilet. A staircase leads to the upper floor in the high-quality living room with an integrated and modern kitchen, including a large dining table and access to the large roof terrace. Here you can enjoy a wide view over the roofs of Binz. The living room impresses with its open design and invites you to linger together, whether together on the sofa or in the cozy reading corner. The technical equipment includes a large flat screen TV, Blu-ray player and free WiFi access. The first-class SieMatic kitchenette is equipped with high-quality branded appliances and oak wood furniture. Among other things with a dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator and a wine cooler.[nbsp] As a special highlight, you can use a beach chair on the Binz beach free of charge. Herbsturlaub Haus Sonnendeck in Binz
Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gut und wohl neuwertig ausgestattet, vor allem die Küche. Die Sicht von der grossen Terrasse ist prima. Die beiden Bäder sind recht klein, da hätte man besser ein grosses gebaut und ein kleines separates Gäste WC. Zudem war es dort sehr kühl, die Heizung war nicht aktiviert, auch oben im Gaskamin nicht. Eine Nachfrage unsererseits bei der Agentur ergab keine Antwort.
