Your non-smoking apartment 9RB4 is located on the ground floor of Villa Isabell 1 in house no.40. The 2 room apartment has a size of approx. 54 qm and can be occupied by up to 4 people. In addition to the living room, there is a bedroom, a spacious separate kitchen and a bathroom with a vanity, shower and toilet. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, an additional TV and a wardrobe. In the living room on the additional sofa bed (160 cm x 200 cm) the 3rd and 4th Person sleep. You will also find a Sonos music system and a tablet / iPad from which you can operate the various boxes, WiFi and a separate dining area in the comfortable living area next to the seating area with TV. The modern kitchen also has a dining area, dishwasher, oven, microwave, 4-burner stove, refrigerator and various small appliances. Smoking is possible on the cozy, weather-protected west balcony and you can end the day in the evening sun. A parking space is available to you free of charge in the center car park (approx. 15 minutes' walk from the property).

Die Ferienwohnung ist wundervoll, mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. In ca. 15 Minuten ist die Seebrücke und die Innenstadt zu erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Ferienwohnung hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Alles, was man brauchte, war vorhanden - und sogar noch mehr! Absolute Empfehlung!!! Einzig der Zugang war etwas versteckt ausgeschildert
