The villa is spread over the ground floor and first floor. On the ground floor there is a kitchen with dining area, living room, gym with games room and two en-suite bedrooms.
On the first floor of the villa there are two rooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom, while the bathroom for the second room is right next to it.
The kitchen is fully fitted with all modern high quality appliances. The outer part is intended for complete hedonism.
A large heated pool of 40 m² occupies the central part of the yard and is surrounded by Mediterranean plants and vegetables. In the corner of the courtyard there is a covered terrace with a barbecue, where you can prepare delicacies during the sunset or watch the sunrise while having a delicious breakfast.
