The TV in the room had a line running thru the screen and a couple black spots along the edge , needs to be replaced. The breakfast area needs more seating, there was a lot of open space where there could be tables & chairs.

Overall great stay
We were uncomfortable using the pool/hot tub because its location was at the very front of the hotel next to the entrance, with windows all around it. Anyone coming in or driving by could see the entire area, and we prefer a bit more privacy. It felt almost like a zoo setup where people could just watch you. Aecondly, another guest had a dog, which barled everytime anyone walked down the hall oitaode our room. Outside of those two thongs, we loved the stay. Staff were great, the breakfast was outstanding, and the room was very comfortable. Will definitely stay again.

My experience, injury and dissatisfaction
Our check-in was okay on 11/23/24. We had an incident in our room (328), were one of the queen bed steel/metal rail injured my right lower leg. It was sticking out approximately 3-4 inches long from the mattress. I had to fill out my own incident report and told I had to take a picture of the form because the copy machine was locked up in the manager’s office, and she would not be in until Monday, 11/25/24. The carpet was stained. The condition of the overall already disappointed with room, the hotel being under construction, the untidiness, and lastly suffering an hotel neglected injury and being told I had to fill out the incident report, which is usually the company’s/office responsibility to report the incident and complete the form. The desk clerk, Dustin K. was courteous and immediately came to my room to access the bed metal sticking out and agreed it was dangerous and should had not happened. He also took pictures with his cell phone. This was my first time staying here. I would more than likely not recommend this hotel to anyone in its current status. I look forward to the manager or a representative of Hilton, Hampton Inn contacting me for resolution.

Not worth the price - rooms are small, hotel is in desperate need of a refresh - carpets smell - front entrance smells like a swimming pool and that’s were your supposed to eat breakfast - chlorine smell permeates through building - soap dispensers in bathroom are too high on wall for average size person to reach - and most disappointing - the front counter female manager was obnoxious, extremely rude and aggresive.

Wasn’t a bad hotel overall, it just didn’t feel clean space, had to wipe the bathroom with Clorox wipes to clean the shower and toilet. There were a lot of reviews about a smell and our room didn’t too bad of a smell but the AC/Heater did when you turned it on. There were also no trash bags in the trash cans? If it wasn’t 200 a night I would had of thought it was a fine but I’ve stayed at places that’s cost around the same price that felt a lot cleaner.

I booked thos room through your sire because if the pictures. Upon arrival we did not have the room as advertised and there wwas nothing the hotel could do. Very misleading and was not happy at all.
