Construction on the roadway outside the hotel made the hotel hard to get to, and construction during the night kept us up late. Otherwise the hotel, staff, complimentary breakfast And amenities were good

Check in was easy, was disappointed when the pool was out of service due to broken lights previous guests ruined. This hotel says it’s dog friendly and as a family we had 3 rooms adjacent to each other and at the end of the hallway. 5 minutes into my brother leaving his room he got a call that his dog is being loud. I was in the room across the hall and his dog was not making any noises. The next morning, he got a call saying all night they got complaints of the dog, again the dog was silent and we were in the room by 9pm. He was told to leave so we all left. I don’t know who was complaining since he was at the end of the hall and my family had the room across from him and next to him and not once heard his dog. It was ver mishandled and we called corporate to let us leave and get a refund for the day we did not stay. They also had bad attitude when asked if any updates on the pool. Poor attitude by 2 of the 3 people we spoke with, and clearly not pet friendly if all they are going to do complain about your quiet dog

The property was easily located right off I75 which was nice. Staff were friendly, room was quiet, and breakfast was good. The room was clean and the beds looked new. They were comfortable as were the pillows. The room itself was in need of a major update. The carpet looked like it hadn’t been replaced since they opened. Super stained and dirty looking. The bathtub looked just as old and the room smelled like stale cigarettes probably from when they used to allow that in the rooms. Overall we were happy.

Mid June property is still under construction, breakfast was in the conference room and it was hot in that room. Pool was open but did not use. Property is close to 75 so can hear traffic even over air conditioning. Bedding has some wears and stains and tears on it but overall clean. Good shower pressure, quiet on the 3rd floor. Would stay again

Room smelled like mold and mildew, both the pool in the hot tub were very cloudy and dirty. The hot tub felt oily and had particles floating on the surface. The pool Had an oily sheen on the Service. There were people playing cornhole, drinking alcohol, and barbecuing in the parking lot. The beds were clean, but extremely hard and . There was no microwave in the room yet there was a refrigerator. The bathtub had mold around the edges. Overall, for this being the Hampton Inn, I was extremely dissatisfied, I would’ve expected this with an inner city low budget hotel.

Even tho the property is under renovation in the front lobby area, staff went out of their way to make check-in as seamless as possible. Every staff member we came across was genuinely friendly and helpful. Would recommend this hotel for a great stay.
