The property was clean once it was found...VERY DIFFICULT TO FIND WITH NO SIGNAGE. Check in was actually at the Best Western and this was not clear at all!

The room we were assigned was not clean, and the beds looked slept in and stains. We asked if we could change to another hotel they had on sight. they said we would have to cancel this booking with Hotels.com first. It is IMPOSSIBLE to contact you. Not happy.. and very disappointed with Hotels.com. The office assigned us a different room. We had no choices.

We got put in a semi handicapped room there was a chair in the room that the legs were barely on I asked for a new chair and didnt get one untill the next day. Left the bad one but brought a good one. Asked the front desk for lotion.. they have none. The lights outside our window constantly kept flashing on and off, the shower control was plumbed backward, left was cold right was hot???? there were large cracks in the ceiling...we made it work but will not be staying here again! Had to pay $25 dollars extra per night for our 4 lb yorkie/poo.

Confusing stay.
The signage was terrible. This hotel sets behind a Best Western Plus and there wasn’t an actual office for the Days Inn by Wyndom! We went into the Best Western and found out that they were operating both sights, but no signage indicates this so it’s very confusing. The hotel was great, large spacious room, clean and with all the amenities. Free breakfast as well.

It was get to have a room with 3 queen size beds for the fam get away. However finding it not so easy as you go into best western to pay, extremely confusing

To start the hotel layout is very weird because multiple hotels have become one, but all operate under their own names still. We saw multiple people struggle to figure out where they were supposed to go before finding their way back to the first building under a different name. Secondly, it appears that the room used to have a bunch of windows on the front and is boarded up with painted plywood from the appearance. There was a gap around the door that you can see the light from outside. The hotel was not in good quality or standings. You could see multiple dings and damages around the entire room that left it unappealing. Going with a larger family it gave the size we needed to accommodate us, however, the standards were not very well.

My room was nice and clean, although did smell a bit smoky. People smoked outside their rooms and I believe the smoke traveled into my room. Breakfast was great, staff was great, I didn’t know that it was right attached to a best western that had a pool and I could use so I was not prepared with the bathing suit. So if you book this property inquire about pool.
