Spacious log cabin located a short distance to Patoka Lake State Park main entrance, wooded lot offers privacy and seclusion you have been looking for. 2-3 miles from restaurants, winery and multiple boat docks. Come enjoy the screened porch with hot tub. Park pass available for use during stay.

* Community quite hours 10pm-8am.
*Please keep noise in general within reason.
* If fire pit is used fire must be sprayed with water before leaving. Water hose is located to the right of the cabin.
* Do not burn trash.
*No R/V or camper parking allowed.
*Park on gravel areas only
* If parking more than 3 vehicles is expected please notify host prior to check in. Do not block roads.
*For the consideration of others and safety once on gravel road please keep speed to less than 10 miles per hour.
*Limit of 2 pets per visit, with $100 pet fee. If pet fee is not paid and completed prior to check in fee will increase to $150.
*All dogs must be on a leash when outside
*Strictly no events or parties are allowed!
*Please do not place grills on porch or deck.
*Lost or not returning the Park Pass will result in a $60 charge for replacement.
Please note:
Staying after 11 am without prior approval is subject to additional fees.
Unauthorized late check out $100 for each hour past 11am.
After 1pm the guest will be charged that days base rate without discounts and that does NOT award possession of the property for that day. If the date to extend the stay is available, the guest must formally extend their stay through AIRBNB app. However, we reserve the right to decline the extension.
Guests will be responsible for any and all refunds given to incoming guests due to unauthorized late check out and will be charged for repayment of those costs.

Just what we needed

Beautiful cabin! Easy to get in and out. Very clean and well laid out. We enjoyed the fire pit, drinking coffee and eating breakfast outside and appreciated having 2 showers :)Very close to Patoka Lake, French Lick, Santa Claus and Jasper.

Peaceful Getaway

The cabin was tucked back into the ground woods away from everything. Even with neighbors close enough that we could see their lights at night but not close enough to hear or see each other, it was so peaceful. The host sent messages before check in and the night before check out with instructions. It’s a little bit of a geographical oddity, but that’s what we prefer! It was a perfect cabin for our honeymoon! The cabin was clean and spacious. The hot tub was clean as well! We will definitely be back!

Immaculate cabin with all amenities

I spent a night here with my teen sons. Beautiful cabin and grounds. The host provides many essentials for the stay at no extra charge, including firewood, snacks/condiments, living essentials. Cabin is very comfortable and climate controlled. I can highly recommend this rental.

We spent the day at Marengo cave and were able to relax at the cabin enjoy the hot tub and just have a peaceful evening making s'mores by the fire pit would highly recommend foamakings'mores by the fire pit

A great stay

The cabin is all that is advertised. It is a clean, cozy and well-equipped option for a weekend getaway. We have typically stayed at one of the resorts but this allowed us a chance for two couples to stay for two nights for the cost of one room for one night and still enjoy all the area has to offer. Cute Log Cabin, Great Location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cedars Edge cabin! I love how private the location is. We spent most of our time at the cabin out on the screened porch playing cards. Wonderful weekend going to a concert and just hanging out with our Daughter & Son-in-Law!
