When i arrived my room unfortunately had a dirty razor blade and ribbish left on the bathroom side. When i asked the staff to come and clean they moved me rooms for piece of mind. The staff were so friendly and polite. Honestly thank you for a lovemy stay

The staff aren't really helpful. When asked about complementary top up Water For The room was advised they don't top up the water if you need any you must buy which I found that rude and unprofessional unhelpful someone can have a health condition etc
