Lovely hotel, no car park
Friendly welcome on arrival, comfortable spacious room, helpful staff at restaurant, very good food for evening meal and breakfast. Found glass shard on napkin when seated at table, pointed it out to waitress who took glass and napkin away, also pointed out glass on seat and floor. I then moved myself to another seating area. When leaving asked if it had been passed to manager, told yes, yet no one came and spoke to me or checked if all OK. Spoilt what could have been an excellent stay.
