Recently taken over from Holiday Inn Express & in need of maintenance & renovation. Lots of small issues that need attention. Main issue was bathroom light/fan combo that sounded like the motor was jammed. Didn't feel safe using it - so no light either. Neighborhood not the greatest. Good staff doing what they can with what they have

I was expecting more because it is Baymont by Wyndom. But, I was disappointed the moment I drove ionto the property. The sign was a banner. Then the toilet clogged in the middle of the night. I had to go down in my pjs to get a plunger and fix it myself. The breakfast bar included waffles but one patron cooked 8 waffles and chatted with the attendent the whole time we were in the breakfast rarea. We had other choices and we will take them next time.

Check in was easy. The hotel was clean. We tried to swim before leaving but they had just put chemicals in the pool at 9am so it was closed. I was confused as to why they wouldn’t have put the chemicals in the pool when it closed at 8pm the night before instead of at 9 when it opened back up. My kids were excited about swimming but we weren’t able to. Other than that it was fine

The check in process was great! There was a patch of hair in the elevator for 3 days. They are upsating the rooms so theres a lot of dust.
