My room was not cleaned each day. The young lady didn't speak English so we used a translator, no problem. I asked that the sheets be charged as it was a 5 night stay. She responded ok, but same sheets each night. Towels were replaced, small trash cans emptied. I've seen better. The breakfast was decent, however the tangerines looked old. Over all a 6 scale of 1-10.

Overbooked
Got in late and they were booked up and only two rooms left. We booked a week in advance. The staff at the front desk asked if we would like 2nd or 3rd floor. He was very nice. When we got to the room the door was slightly ajar. It was hot and the air was not working at all. We immediately went back and asked to go to the 3rd floor room. First said they did not have any other rooms so we asked for a refund. He said that since we booked on Hotel.com he could not refund us. Finally they agreed to give us the other room. They booked the hotel full even though they knew the air was not working in that room. Breakfast staff were very attentive to all the guests.

Staff was friendly. Very cool nights. Unit only blowing cool air and told no one to repair it since maintenance had left. Second night someone was contacted but didn’t show. Maintenance never showed up to repair and I spent 2 nights being cold. Cleaning staff was accommodating. Decorated nicely.

The tv was hard to figure out. No guide that allowed you to go straight to the station. Could see what was on but had to scroll through all stations to get to the ones you wanted

The customer service from the staff was great. The hotel was dirty in the room plus several leaks in the ceiling. Not sure how they got a 8.6 rating its a 6 at best . I will not be staying here again. Checked out after 1 night.
