Poor customer service. My husband left his much needed and expensive medicine in the room and when he realized and called, no one would respond until a manager arrived a few days later. Manager said he would mail the meds, but after a week when we reached out again we were provided with a lane excuse and my husband had to take off work travel back out there

Nice atmosphere. Great staff. But the rooms are a little dated. Tub and facuets could be upgraded. But perfect for price compared to other cities.

Needs a lot of renovation
First the water ran on the toilet all night after the first use to the point we had to physically turn it off at the knob. The room door and bathroom door stuck and was hard to open/close as if the room had flooded and was swollen. Having 1 trash can for the entire room was insane. This ironing board didn’t have a spring to keep it up so I had to iron on the floor. The furniture really needs to be replaced as well-it was busted up pretty bad, the chairs were peeling and there was an “older room” smell. I try to give each hotel 2 tries before I move on -this was the 2nd attempt and I can’t justify spending that much for this room even on a low end. But ..parking was great, convenience to food was great and the hot water worked well!

We stayed for a quick one night stay for a football game in Birmingham. The hotel's walls are a bit thin ( the TV next door could be heard but it wasn't bad), and the room had a slight musty smell. It went away as soon as we cranked down the AC. The water was hot, the room was clean, and the staff was very polite. There are at least five restaurants around the hotel. Great place, especially for the price. We would definitely stay here again.
