Not bad but could have been better
The lobby was clean, offered infused lemon water in lobby and staff was nice...room was good and clean, bed was too hard, noise level was low...carpet in hallway was musty....their complimentary breakfast was good, good choices and just enough...overall was not real bad but it was a quick trip for a function in Birmingham and didn't spend alot of time there except to relax in evening and sleep.

Property showed pool & exercise room, which I sorted for, but pool was closed Oct. 1, 2024 & not disclosed. Workout room had broken equipment. Big cockroaches on 3rd floor (how do they reach the elevator button?), Wifi was "spotty" at vest. Breakfast was meager: the worst I have seen in any hotel, juice was mostly water. Would not do it again, even with a pool!

Staff was very kind and helpful but room had a terrible moisture smell of wetness. Room was decent but the smell was just horrible. I didn’t get settled in until after midnight and was just focused on resting.
