Check in was terrible. The female receptionist spoke English with a pronounced foreign accent, spoke very quickly and whispered so it was hard to tell what she was saying. I had to keep asking her to repeat everything. Why would they put someone 'front of house' when they are clearly not up to the job.

Such a great place

It was brilliant. Parking was excellent. Welcome was wonderful from Jordan and Dan. The food was fab. My daughter had e allergies and slywia went above and beyond to provide food for her. I would highly recommend. Five minutes walk from the bullring meant it was an ideal location too! (Photo is of personalised egg free milk free child pudding)

The hotel is ideally located for the Festival Hall, the Barclaycard Arena and the Birmingham Rep. Also, just a short walk to the Hippodrome. The property is clean and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The customer service at the hotel is excellent with friendly helpful staff. Have stayed there before and will do so again.

Great stay with one problem only

Great service, delicious breakfast with lots of options only negative side was heating in the rooms air conditioning too noisy and creates loud vibrations in the room at the end switch off but was cold then
