Nice hotel. Great amenities and convenience. Food was very good. Very nice location and facilities. The following problems: a) fairly significant damage in the room. Bathroom door damaged in multiple ways. Reported and repaired-ish b) TV required assistance, and reset process multiple times c) bathroom sink water drained VERY slowly d) attempting to “pay” for parking, I was led to return to lobby to scan a code, the parking lot to get license plate info, then… after employee messed up helping, told it actually doesn’t matter and you don’t really need to pay for parking. Even that if you got a ticket to just throw it away. That being said, it was a very nice hotel. The staff was helpful. Overall good experience, regardless of several issues. A lesser hotel would have been a “horrible” experience but I would repeat even with the issues… because without them it would have been wonderful.

Not the best stay I've ever had with Double Tree
We always stay at Double Tree because we know the level of service & room comforts we will get with them. Unfortunately, that was not the case with this stay as the AC wasn't working, it sounded as though it was running but cold air wasn't blowing out. It was colder in the hallway than the room. Also, the pillows were not the similar pillows that we have had at other hotels. They were not full size but small square ones which wasn't comfortable to sleep on. Was very disappointed that the room wasn't up to the typical Double Tree standards.

Check-in was convenient and easy. Hotel was very busy when we arrived. There was a young soccer team staying there and the parents were all hanging out in the lobby, very loud. Kids were running up and down hallways, in the elevators, letting doors slam and not being watched by parents at all. Several complaints were made as we heard in the lobby. The staff took care of it quickly and no other issues were had. Room was clean, up to date and comfortable. Easy access to the interstate and surrounding shopping and dining.

Upon arrival and check in I was given a room key to an occupied room resulting in my busting in on another guest. While could have been horrible. I was then given another room were the toliet ran water the entire night.

The overall stay was nice. I was very disappointed with having to pay to park. On Friday when arriving I questioned this and was told not to worry about that night and then woke up Saturday to a parking ticket as well. So I will probably stay away from DoubleTree properties in the future.

Stay was good but not great. Service or any engagement by employees seemed unimportant to them. Floors were sticky at breakfast; pillows were uncomfortable. Check in took 30 minutes because the computers down. The parking lot is paid parking (the hotel comps it; it's just an extra burden on the guest). Property is very nice. Location is convenient. My stay was good. With a little more intention this could be an A hotel experience!
