I was thinking great things about this hotel the entire time except when I was going to sleep and seen a roach on the floor. The room was clean with no issues until I seen that and it was a no for me and my family. We had prior reservations for the end of the month but cancel it.

My room was nice but two issues came up. One was the trash can was not emptied; however, it wasn't bad and not a big deal. However, I decided to take a quick nap before dinner and found my bed linens were very wet when I opened up the top blanket. It had a strong odor of bleach and required immediate replacement; and the staff did so quickly, quite weird. Afterwards, the room was just as I am used too but felt compelled to give only four stars.

Decent property but WiFi would not work.
We booked this hotel after a trip to visit family in Atlanta got cancelled due to a Covid outbreak. Since we’d packed and already boarded the dogs, we figured we’d take a mini-staycation. Part of the reason we booked this hotel is because of the amenities it offered, including WiFi, which was important to us, since we have a 5 and 7 year old. We couldn’t get any of our devices to connect to the network. Even their TV, which features some streaming services, had some issues connecting. I was out in contact with their IT service department, and I spent a significant amount of time on the phone with them troubleshooting and trying to find a resolution, with no success. We eventually checked out and asked for a refund. We wanted to get the most out of our short time. The property was fine, and the staff was friendly. But we just couldn’t get anything to work. Worth noting, we had no issues connecting any of our devices to tue next property that we checked into.
