While Parking was not the easiest thing and the rooms didn't have a microwave or mini fridge, the size of the room was amazing, the breakfast included option was really convenient for the children, bathroom was extremely clean and well stocked.

Loved staying here! I enjoyed having the fireplace in the room. Perfect pillows! Everyone was so helpful but my hat goes off to Marcus the bartender. Loved the historical references throughout the building. Room was very spacious and the linens smelled so fresh.

Not the best stay. The staff were all great but the rooms were not updated, lots of dust smell and the heater wasn’t working in one of the rooms and super loud in the other. The carpets were not updated and gross. It’s a beautiful old hotel so I hope the owner of this chain puts money into it to match the price we paid! The breakfast was decent

The reservation desk staff were very nice. We were in a room and I went to take a shower and I could tell that it hadn’t really been deep cleaned in a while because there was mold/mildew around the window ledge in the shower. We pulled back our blankets and the sheets had a blood stain on them, that looked fresh. Called the front desk and they put us in another room and were apologizing for the sheets. Would I stay there again, probably not if I had a different choice.

Property was a decent older property But upon arrival found it would be a $40 charge to park , leftover washcloth in room and bed was average for comfort . Also for convenience since we were going to a show at Legacy Arena , decide to eat at hotel. Very under staffed and took almost an 30 mins. to get a club sandwich . But for people going to shows it's a great location with plenty of good outside dining available .

The staff was excellent. The beds were comfortable. The wash rags smelled like wet dogs. The windows seals in thebathroom were dirty and the room felt closed in and cold. Went to the restaurant and was only offered water to drink and burger or sandwich to eat. Iverall the entire hotel needs to be updated. Its extremely out dated. I will not be staying thete again. Ordered delivery and they werent allowed to being it to the room. We had to be called to the lobby to pick it up.
