Bad experience
Check in was poor one member of staff and a queue of 20 people, the entrance does not have clear signage to reception, there are three lifts one did not work, my wife has a heart condition and we waited 10 minutes for a lift , the breakfast area was a disaster no assistance no knives mugs not enough facilities for the guests. Will not be back I use at least 20 hotels a year in England and all over Europe this is in the lowest 10%

We have no complaints at all. The breakfast was excellent please tell the chef. The fry was cooked properly, not dried out like many other hotels we’ve stayed in. Would definitely stay again!

The room was very clean, 7th floor, seemed quiet which was good for me. Breakfast was great, no queues, all perfect. only 1 thing we didn't like was the coffee wasn't very nice at breakfast

The hotel provided good information prior to traveling covering walkjng frim new street station to car parking. The reception is very clean as is the bar area and breakfast area. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean and well maintained.
