Clean comfortable room with a really comfy bed. There was ample breakfast to choose from in the morning. 10 mins walk to Utilita arena along the canal.

Liked the room, mysterious red stain on carpet by bed in room 202. Air conditioning didnt go low enough as room was too warm. Wanted to cast phone to smart tv but access was blocked Enjoyed the facilities and the breakfast. Matress was on the too firm side. 4.6/5 overall :))

The heating didnt work and it became very cold during the night. Reception suggested we should have told them as they could have sorted the problem from the central controller in reception. Who knew! I also had a piece of toast taken from the toaster, if only they knew i always lick the bread just in case.

January weekend break

The lock on the first room did not work which delayed settling in ( staff were very apologetic and allocated another room ) but we were able to check in early and have a later check out, both of which made our stay more comfortable on a cold January weekend.
