rehab going on, I stayed there 3 weeks prior- I left something in the room that was worth a few hundred dollars, I called the hotel, they said they had it and would hold it for me, after I checked in they looked for my stuff and was told that they threw it away- awful customer service

Overall good experience. The lobby is under construction but everything else was done. First impression walking in was a bit odd but you don’t go to a hotel for the lobby, you go for the rooms and those were nice.

Great location. Nice room with comfy bed. Three negatives: 1.The parking lot was not lit up at night. 2.The workout room was under constructions which we didn’t know about because we didn’t book on their website 3.The first floor was under construction with no heat, so they had propane heaters on 24/7 in the hallways on that floor, which made us uneasy about the safety of that.

An urban hotel with a small town feel. Easily located hotel right off of Woodward Avenue and within walking distance of shopping and restaurants. A short car ride from the trendy towns of Ferndale and Royal Oak. The staff was extremely friendly and courteous and made me feel welcome as soon as I walked in the door. This will be my place to stay when I am in the Detroit area.
