My family and I had a negative experience at this hotel. We knew that check-in was set for 3:00 PM, so we decided to grab a bite to eat beforehand. Upon our arrival at the hotel around 4:00 PM, our room was still not ready. We had to wait approximately 30 minutes before we could access our room, and to make matters worse, we were charged twice for our stay. The staff member who handled our check-in was somewhat rude and unable to provide a clear explanation for the delay. Because of this experience, I will not be booking or recommending this hotel to others.

After checking in, we had to switch rooms because they gave us a room that was not serious. After getting a new room, there was no soap, shampoo, and the towels were folded very nonchalantly. These may be a little things, but I feel like this is an example of an overall lack of care for the customer.

Perfectly Adequate
This hotel was conveniently located and the room was fairly clean and very quiet. Check in was amazing and the breakfast was very good. The location was safe and there was plenty of oversized parking. I would have scored this property higher, but it was not super clean and the bar and sundries areas were out of many things. This property also needs a fresh coat of paint and some deep carpet and upholstery cleaning.

The staff was amazing and so sweet. However, the room wasn't very clean. There were two rolls of toilet paper that were almost gone when we checked in. Hair all ovwr the bathroom floor and food in the microwave.
