Booked early so got a good price. No tea/coffee facilities in the room, but plenty of hot drinks available on the 1st floor at no extra cost. Slept very well. Very convenient location for an early morning flight.

The bed was clean but the shower area and paintwork looked worn, the temperature gauge on thermostat had broken off. No kettle or phone in room. Tiny shower.

The hotel is very well located. The bedroom was comfortable, however the bathroom was quite dirty. I suspect that the wall was stained with faeces. The breakfast is over priced for the food being served. (Not fresh). Also, there is no food served at lunchtime

Not recommend for family even staying for a night
Stayed for few hours for the flight transit. Haven't expected much but it is really lacking of any amenities you think should have. No hair dryer. Bathroom, toilet and sink are all separated, no hanger in the bathroom. Maybe only suitable for a single person.

This is a badic, comfortable, clean and convenient hotel. No frills, but perfect for your needs. Beds were super comfy and clean. The price is great too....second stay at this location as its walking distance from Birmingham international airport, and close to the city center for shopping. Will certainly book there again
