Incredible hotel, best breakfast offering ever
It was a one night stay for a concert at Symphony Hall. Very friendly, very ckean, Nespresso machine in room was a lovely touch. Breakfast exceptional, even freshly cooked omelettes... Will be our "go to" hotel next time in Birmingham. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Hotel rooms are now very tired. I had heating pumping out cold air so I reported it and they said they would get a heater sent to my room. Nothing arrived. Tried to call reception numerous times with no answer. No room swap was offered either. Lots of hotel options on broad street so I will be choosing another next time.

Lovely hotel
Was staying overnight as watching The Script. Chosen as it was close to the venue. Booked 2 x double bed room which was really big. Bathroom was nicely decorated as was the room itself. We were on floor 3 on the left hand side the view wasn’t particularly nice but then did not come to look out of the hotel window. Was greeted with a glass of Prosecco Upton arrival and shortbread such a nice wintery touch. Hotel decorated lovely for and a lovely Christmas feel.
