Overall a pretty good visit, just concerned that my phone calls to guest services or reception were NEVER answered. It seems that perhaps there is a problem with the switchboard, because אhis lasted for all three days of my visit! What if there had been a real emergency? This is completely unacceptable.

Was fine apart from their booking system was down and no one came when I called for help with the air conditioning as the room was cold. I gave up and went to bed to keep warm

Lovley stay and amazing breakfast
Lovely 1 night stay, beds were very comfy. Room was well eqiped and very clean. The bathroom was very nice with an amazing shower! Breakfast was one of the best UK hotel breakfasts id had, so much choice in both hot and cold buffet. Gluten free options, including bread (toasted separately) and cereal.
