I was on the top floor with only one accessible stairwell and no functioning lift. The room had not been cleaned with any eye for detail as was exemplified with a single sock on top of the panel heater and in the top, left hand drawer I was met with 2 opened condom packs. The property overall is in dire need of a makeover, especially on the exterior but I have a feeling that the ownership would be looking to spend as little as possible. The location was quite good and central. Still in Summer yet there was no A/C and not even a fan provided in the room. The shower was quite powerful yet the gap at the bottom of the glass screen meant the water pooled on the floor very quickly. The bed was at least quite comfortable leading to a decent night's sleep. Breakfast was passable. Overall I feel a little catfished as the photos depicting the rooms and place in general were well angled but look filtered when compared to reality. Parking was very ample.

Reasonable stay for price.
A little better than the hotel I stayed in last time in the area, nice welcome and room seemed ok. Rather noisy on Fri esp from rooms above, but guess the hotel can't do anything about that, nice breakfast for £10 extra per night. Nice bath and shower a fairly comfortable bed, key didn't work second night so a trip back down to receptionist who was quite helpful.

Quite noisy, doors banging at all hours of the night. Didn't appreciate being woken by someone ( think it was a staff member ) repeatedly banging on the door opposite my room at 1:20 am on Sunday morning. Hotel in need of some TLC, looking tired and run down in places. Breakfast good value, staff pleasant and cheerful.

The room was comfortable. Beds were very comfy and clean. Bathroom was clean with towels. A little tired but perfectly functional. TV was missing a remote. Room had free good WiFi. Didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on that. Overall comfy hotel albeit a little tired. Value for money though

The room was dirty with wrappers left under cabinets but on clear view.we had no tv remote. Took nearly an hour and half to finally sort it out in finding a remote. Takes forever for hotel staff to answer the phone at reception even when you walk down and there’s two members sat there talking with eachother instead. I can honestly say that I will never be staying here again and wouldn’t recommend to anyone

Great staff very helpful and polite room was loverly and bed was very comfortable room was a good size if you stay the room number was 139 buffet breakfast in the morning was great all very hot and plenty of it will stay there again if down here on business again.

Seems to be a cross between a budget hotel And a half way house. Dirty, smelly everything is just cheap and unkept. It heeds a lot of TLC. The staff are very kind friendly and helpful. Despite the place being run down I had a good bed and slept well and the shower and towels were fine. Full English breakfast was very oooor quality
