Won’t be back to this cold cutting corners hotel.
Our room heating system was not working, there was a tiny oil filled radiator instead! It was -4° outside! I ask at reception to get a resolution! Response hotel has 160 rooms, 99 occupied. Based on our booking the room we booked was the one we’d been allocated. It was a standard double. The room the event we were attending was also very cold. The bar offer was also poor, 10% white wine, no port poor beer!

Very clean, room decent size. Staff were fine. Bed was really hard, didnt sleep and ended up with a bad back. Breakfast was decent and good value. However evening menu is a bit pricy and we waited 45 minutes for food which was cold. We were hoping to get some morning swimming in, pool much smaller than photos and as its vey shallow, was a lot of kids so couldn't do any serious exercise- usually spa hotels dont allow children unless there is a separate pool.

Clean hotel. Easy to find, very convenient. Comfy beds, plenty of hot water and an absolutely excellent breakfast. Miserable chap on check in, and a shame there's an extra charge for parking.... its not the sort of place you can walk to, so surely most people bring a car?!

Very nice - decent, clean and comfortable
Excellent for a short break, includes a decent spa and swimming pool. Convenient location to central and surrounding areas of Birmingham. All very good, changing room needs a refurbishment.

Lovely hotel, warm and welcoming, great restaurant, good sized rooms, clean bathrooms. No sanitary bags in bathroom or bin liners in bins. Error message in heating due to storm damage but the hotel didn’t advise me of this. I rang to see if it could be looked at and they said they were waiting for parts but would bring a heater… which they did not.
