This is by no means a “luxury hotel” but it was quaint, cozy and the staff was awesome! Very friendly and accommodating, probably some of the best Hotel staff we have encountered in a while! The hotel itself could use a little TLC, and updating…. Mostly cosmetic. It is super close to shopping, actually Walmart is right next door, but it’s through the woods. The hotel is tucked away so it feels nicely secluded but also super close to all food and amenities.

In town for business trip in Birmingham. They gave me a handicap room, not sure why. Was too tired to change it. Breakfast option is simply pathetic. Nothing hot. Juice machine not working. Microwave your own biscuit if wanted. Just pathetic.

Lack of privacy.

I gave a poor review because while I was getting dressed the morning I left the housekeeping just barged in the room with just my underwear on so I felt embarrassed and rushed. Not sure if I'll be back. Knocking in my opinion should just be common manners.

Although this hotel is rated pet friendly on Expedia, they are not pet friendly. They do not accept any pets. Of course, we did not know that until after we checked in and took our dog out of the car and into the hotel. We had to find another hotel to stay at in another town on Christmas night

We would stay here again!

This was a one night stay on our way home. Check in was easy, and Jennifer at the desk was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean, the night was quiet, and we would stay there again.

Hotel did not look like pictures advertised. There were very many bugs in my bathroom. Many things in hotel room should definitely be updated. Staff was beyond nice and helpful though! Everyone I interacted with was very sweet and had great customer service.
