New, fully furnished, self-contained one bedroom unit, with independent entrance, king size bed, table, two chairs, en-suite facilities, fully furnished kitchen.
The property benefits from full underfloor heating, 65” smart flat screen TV, with full access to Sky TV, Netflix, Prime Video etc. There is ample parking place and facility for charging two electrical vehicles (Extra charges). It is situated in a private estate, on a Golf Course. There is full fibre-optic super fast internet.
The room and the kitchen area has full underfloor heating in addition to conventional gas heating.
Property is attached to the main house where owners live. No disturbance or noise at all. Very quiet place.
Independent access, keys in key safe. Code to be provided well in time, before checking in.
Owners available all the time on phone/ email.
Wishing 3-5 minutes driving distance of many pubs and restaurants.
