Hotel was terrible for 4 stars, room was the size of a closet, staff unwilling to help when we needed help, air con was not working. Felt claustrophobic and was surprised the hotel is rated 4 stars

Parking was expensive it only halves when you book direct. Being a platinum vip member I expected at least a slightly discounted rate. Although at any hotel I’m yet to see any room upgrade's offered or food discount as advertised when booking on the site.

Lovely hotel.
Stayed for a couple of nights for a concert. Parking was on-site and very secure. Uber was easy to ise from here. Indian restaurant within the hotel was gorgeous. Not so sure abiut the area, didn't feel we wanted to venture out walking, but then we didn't have too

Excellent modern hotel,quick check in, good bar and restaurant, excellent rooms and normal tv channels. The only thing I could improve for myself would be a toilet cleaning brush in the bathroom.....but that must be a company decision and there was no way I could do it myself, so perhaps a plus , less work for me. An excellent night's sleep too.
