Friendly and comfortable

Very friendly and helpful check-in, clean and comfortable room with a good shower. Very cold when we entered the room but it quickly warmed up. Very convenient place to stay with easy parking once we solved the puzzle of getting to the back of the hotel :) We'll be back. The double room would have been improved with a second chair.

Good basic hotel

We went for a gig, was about a 20 min walk to KK's, and 10 min to pub and mander centre, so very handy, parking was a bargin too, would use again if in town.

Decent hotel did everything we needed for our stopover, handy if you want to watch wolves play at the moleneux as this hotel is a5 minutes walk

Alway been a regular from way back in the day when it was travelodge but, since it’s changed hands I haven’t visited until last night with my partner. Nothing has really been upgraded since the company has changed hands and the one thing that stood out for me the most was how uncomfortable the bed was. It’s too low and the mattress was very coily and unsupported. Can feel the springs which gives no support and it’s very low which made it challenging to get up from the bed. The bed felt cheap unlike beds at premier inn which are much much fuller and higher and more supported. Carpet needs a deep clean also

Cheap stay but I missed comfort.

There was this stale odour in the room and the carpet looked terrible. The staffs were really warm and helpful.
